Couple of days ago, Lokt went BG for a couple of times to farms Honour Points and some EotS Marks of Honour. And numerous Heroic to farm BoJ (Well, 53 of them). Why? To get these 2 items before the WOTLK comes out. Since, I do believe, once WoW expansion is out, no ones would like to run Heroic any more.

On the items that Lokt was working for. The 1st is [Merciless Gladiator’s Slicer], 18000 Honour Points and 20 EotS. A slight upgrade to Lokt’s previous weapon [Gladiator’s Slicer]. Both are using the same model, so no make over upgrade. The only difference is the item stats.

The other upgrade is on Lokt chest. He aims for [Tunic of the Dark Hour] to replace the long serving, [Primalstrike Vest], which Lokt has been using for several months. Now, we will wait for the next patch. I am feeling that it will be release this week.

Today, I realise that I am still a newbie. lol. Since I always do Kara on Friday night, I always thought that once saved, you will have 3 days before reset. Hell no. That’s not how Karazhan works. What a newbie I am. Karazhan has 7 days reset timer, which resets on Tuesday. Damn. Oh boy, GM gonna be mad at me for not be able to run Kara with Guildies. BTW, am working this weekend, Kara is not possible to me anyway.

Today’s Karazhan run was initiated by my countryman. Apparently he needs some badges and I need some time to kill me boredom. So why not, I answered the call to run Kara with him. We do PUG. For the life of me, this was my kick-ass Kara PUG. No wipe at all until the tank tried to hand over the quest. lol. He didn’t know about the consequences. Wipe only once. That’s kick-ass. We downed Moroes, Midnight and Curator easily and of course the Great Maiden of Virtue. She’s nothing to this PUG. Great DPS, nice tank and epic healing.

However, the healer needed to go. He’s gone to work in 6 hours. Damn. In any PUG, if any members started to leave all will do as well. Luckily, we agreed to continue this Friday. Hopefully this would be a reality.

Till then, the adventures will continue this Friday.

After 2 Karazhan Full Clear, numerous Heroic Runs, Lokt finally got his [Trousers of the Scryers’ Retainer] for 100 Badges of Justice. Now, Lokt can concentrate on other Badge Gear which will provide higher hit rating for raiding purposes.

2. [Tunic of the Dark Hour]
3. [Angelista’s Revenge]

I guess that will be all for next upgrade. Unless I can find a raiding team fro Black Temple. Which I think is still far for me.

Greetings Fellow Horde. Who is High King Maulgar [Lord of the Ogres]? Even he cannot stand the might of Smash Unit. Well, Lokt and friends today did Gruul’s Lair. However, we did not have the time to kill the mighty Gruul himself. We did not have enough time. Some players were to tired and sleepy. However, we manage to down High King Maulgar and his Minions.

For this run, Lokt was able to loot the Pauldrons of the Fallen Champion. Lokt haven’t claimed his Pauldron yet. Which he will do later.

Lokt needs more badges as he is trying to improve his DPS. He had 80 Badges of Justice and needed 20 more for [Trousers of the Scryers’ Retainer]. But [Swift Blade of Uncertainty] looked awesome too. Then Lokt continued to collect more badges. As he could not wait for Armour Token from Prince Malchezaar, Lokt spent 50 badges for [Mask of the Deceiver]. Yeah, one nice DPS upgrade from previous gear which was around 400-500. Now DPS is around 500-600.

Lokt did Kara at 9.30 AM Server Time (7.30 AM Malaysian Time). The raid ended at 10.00 after beating Shade of Aran. Was supposed to continue today same time. But, I overslept. Damn, luckily my GM was able to find a replacement. Sigh… she was mad at me definetely. Alas she was not. Laughing at me for being late. Haha. Me friend send me this message once I was online “Tiada Maaf Bagimu”. lol. I had like 7 miss calls this morning, for the Raid. That’s my wake up call but I failed to do so. What the hell. I must be so tired. Well, my housemates and I were hosting BBQ party. I was indeed tired.

Sigh. Am so sorry SMASH UNIT. Will not to that again.

8.00 AM in the morning. Am on leave today. Decided to test my connection to see whether Lokt is playable or not. To my surprise am not dc anymore. Hmmm. This is good sign. We will see. How long this stable will remain. I can’t wait for Kara tomorrow. This is guild run, SMASH UNIT Kara-Team #2.

My last Saturday and Sunday were not so good. I had disconnection like every 10 minutes. Game play was no fun a all. Motivation to play was zero for the last two days. Was it streamyx or my router? I could never tell. I was in Raid group for Kara when I experienced disconnections until I got fed-up and refused to come on-line.

Good Morning and Good Day. Yesterday, at 11.00 PM Loktaramish did Karazhan with his Malaysian and Singaporean friends. Most of them were from High Voltage if I am not mistaken. This Kara run was amazing as Lokt and Friends killed all of the bosses especially that dreaded Nightbane, by experience, the hardest boss of Karazhan.

Lokt was farming Knothide Leather and Thick Clefthoof Leather in Nagrand as his daily routine if not doing any Heroic. He was then invited to do Kara which he gladly accepted. One thing I knew about this Kara run was that, Lokt would have the opportunity to get the loots as all of his Raid members were well geared. Hail Loktaramish.

First we downed Attumen & Midnight followed by Moroes then Maiden of Virtue. After some discussion we downed Nightbane, then Opera Event. Followed by The Curator, Terestian Illhoof, Shade of Aran, Netherspite, Chess Event and finally Prince Malchezaar.

For this Kara run, Lokt gained [Spiteblade], [Farstrider Wildercloak], [Gloves of Dexterous Manipulation] and [Romulo’s Poison Vial]. A total of 22 badges and gained Honoured Rep with the Violet Eye.

All of the raid party faced Wipe twice, first with Nightbane and secondly with Shade of Aran (which was quite mysterious).

This was one of Lokt’s best Kara Run.
