Tips Belajar Bahasa Inggeris dengan berkesan

1. Never Study A Single English Word
That’s right, do not memorize words. Native speakers do not learn English by remembering single words. Native speakers learn phrases.
2. Never Study Grammar
Right now. Stop. Put away your grammar books and textbooks. Grammar rules teach you to think about English, you want to speak automatically– without thinking!
3. Learn With Your Ears, Not Your Eyes
Spend most of your study time listening- that is the key to great speaking.
4. Slow, Deep Learning Is Best
Its not enough to know a definition. Its not enough to remember for a test. You must put the word deep into your brain. To speak English easily, you must repeat each lesson many times.
5. Use Point Of View Mini-Stories
You must learn grammar by listening to real English. The best way is to listen to the same story… told in different times (points of view): Past, Perfect, Present, Future. How do you do this? Easy! Find a story or article in the present tense. Then ask your native speaker tutor to write it again in the Past, with Perfect tenses, and in the Future. Finally, ask him to read and record these stories for you.
6. Only Use Real English Lessons & Materials
How do you learn Real English? It’s easy. Stop using textbooks. Instead, listen only to real English movies, TV shows, audio books, audio articles, stories, and talk radio shows. Use real English materials.
7. Listen and Answer Mini-Stories (not Listen and Repeat)
Because the teacher constantly and quickly asks easy questions, you don’t have time to think about grammar. You just immediately shout a couple of words– which teaches you to respond faster, and faster, and faster.

The 2 Big Secrets to Confident English Speaking

Dear Friend,

Those people I label as idiot and kerbau, they don't even know what they are talking about. You should be able to identify them yourself. Those people I label dungu are not those with different view from me.

I quote again in case you miss it "Pengikutnya yang hanya mengikut… tanpa berfikir menggunakan otak. Itu semua golongan-golongan Yes Sir!! No Sir!! Yes Sir!! Yes Yes! OK! OK! OK! Menyokong tanpa berfikir adalah kebodohan yang nyata."

Succumbing to one's idea without even knowing the background... that's stupid. This is how Ayah Pin got his followers. This is the reason Hang Tuah killed Jebat. Following without even thinking.

Those who support Tun M, with solid reasoning and argument, they are not bodoh and dungu. Read Friend... Read.

Example : Saya sokong Tun 100%. (What the hell is this? Unless you are one of them, well, at least I know why.) If Tun were nobody, no one would ever agree with him. My God!! "Saya Sokong Tun 100%" that is not even an opinion.

Learning S&M in English to improve English is absurd. English should be taught in English Classes.

There is no need to call anyone stupid or lame. Let's hear people's opinion with an open mind. Name-calling is disrespectful and it's pointless. That said, Science and Math is Tun's field. He is simply talking from his own personal experience.

You will find people learning other subjects such as law or engineering, voicing the same sentiment. Life is easier when you learn those subjects in English.

Fact remains: vast majority of knowledge is in English. It doesn't hurt if you try in any way to master it. S&M in english may not make one an expert in English, but it helps. Better something than nothing.

If you want to learn about malay literature, you will have more advantage if you learn it in malay as compared to in English. Because the vast majority of malay literature knowledge is in Malay. Note the word "ADVANTAGE".

Same thing with S&M. You have more ADVANTAGE if you learn it in English because the vast knowledge and reference of S&M is in English.

No need to call someone bodoh or dungu just because he/she has a different way of thinking than you. We don't all have to think alike, but we can learn from each other. We can grow better if we listen rather than comment, appreciate rather than criticise. Exchange thoughts rather than debate. It's just opinions, people.

sekian...
